The Batman: Arkham Knight front has been quiet in the past few weeks, but recently, things have started to pick up. Following the announcement that the game will be the first in the series to carry an “M for Mature” rating, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have given us a brand new trailer. Check it out below!
Yes, those are the dulcet tones of John Noble (Fringe, Sleepy Hollow) you hear as Scarecrow. A definite departure from Dino Andrade’s take on the character from the original Arkham Asylum game, but a welcome one, nonetheless, for fans of Mr. Noble’s work.
The much-anticipated finale to the Arkham series sees the return of beloved Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy as the Dark Knight, following his absence from 2013’s Arkham Origins, in addition to the return of series regulars Troy Baker (Two-Face), Nolan North (The Penguin), Tara Strong (Harley Quinn), and Wally Wingert (The Riddler). Arkham Knight also introduces Rocksteady’s uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise. The addition of this iconic vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and glide across the skyline of the sprawling Gotham City.
Batman: Arkham Knight arrives on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on June 2, 2015.
