Finally FFS! It's a Fringe finale-filled filing of the fair Fridgecast - and a fitting first for February Fridgecasts!

We're finally back in 2013 with this episode 20 of our podcast - and we're devoting it to the end of sci-fi network TV as we know it. Fringe reached a five-year run, beating out all kinds of odds, ultimately ending with a series finale airing last month.

First Trailer for New 007 Movie, Skyfall

After a hiatus that left the James Bond franchise in limbo for a short time, the 23rd Bond film, Skyfall, is nearing completion. MGM and Sony Pictures have released the first trailer for the film, once again starring Daniel Craig as Agent 007. Check it out!

Directed by Sam Mendes (American Beauty, Jarhead), Skyfall stars Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Judi Dench, Ralph FiennesNaomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace, and Tonia Sotiropoulou.

Skyfall arrives in standard and IMAX theaters on November 9.  


And come September, Bond fans should be on the lookout for Bond 50, the Blu-ray collection commemorating the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film franchise.  Containing the first 22 films, the 23-disc, high-definition collection features 9 films previously unreleased in HD, annd 122 hours of bonus content, including two new featurettes, chronicling the history of the franchise.

The first, "The World of Bond", takes a look at the style and attitude that is signature to Bond; pulling together the cars, the women, the villains, and the music that have been a staple of the films for the past 50 years. The second, "Being Bond", profiles the six actors that have had the honor of portraying 007.

The set arrives in the UK on September 24th and North America on September 25th.  North American Bond fans can pre-order their copies of the massive Blu-Ray set here at Amazon for $199 (a $100 discount off the MSRP of $299.99!)
