In a cover story in their newest issue, Game Informer Magazine reveals four more playable characters from the long overdue Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.
On the Marvel side, Deadpool and Captain America join the previously revealed Wolverine, Hulk, and Iron Man. For Capcom, Dante and Felicia join Morrigan, Chris Redfield, and Ryu. While this isn’t exactly surprising news (the above image shows their silhouettes fairly clearly…), it is always nice to see official confirmation of such things.
The game’s developers have stated that they expect to have around 30 playable characters at release, limited only by licensing and development time. Of course, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 had 56 playable characters; shouldn’t the follow-up have more? C’mon, Capcom.
