Gearbox Software’s Borderlands flew under the radar for me when it first came out back in 2009. Sure, I had heard good things about the stylized FPS/RPG mashup, but it didn’t hit me in any way where I felt I had to play it at that instant. Since then, of course, I’ve played Borderlands and loved it (I want an inferno sniper rifle in real life), so I was excited to see Borderlands 2 announced late last year.
But… just maybe if I had seen a trailer like this one just released for Borderlands 2, I might have been more convinced the first one right away.
Dancing Clap-Traps! Cloaked Ninjas! A bajillion times more guns! Four player co-op! What’s not to love?
