The Grand Halls of Asgard!

Thank Odin! SuperheroHype has shown our grand halls! Also of note, Loki has horns! This is very good. I was a little worried the aesthetic for this movie would be a little more alien than Asgardian, but I have been proven wrong! That set is absolutely gorgeous too, I cant wait to see it in action! Also in the Hype article is a quick plot blurb:

Thor spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

They’ve done some rearranging with Jane Foster’s role in things, but that makes sense. I figure the whole helpless nurse thing wouldn’t translate so well into 2010. I’m still holding out hope that Branagh used Matt Fraction’s Ages of Thunder series as one of his sources and that plot description seems to give that hope strength! May 6th can’t get here soon enough!

This guy loves his comics; probably more than he should. We've heard his comic boxes have comic boxes! From Sweet Tooth to Thor to Central City, Sean reads them all and will let you know which ones you should be checking out!
